Xxx xx x&xxxxxx;xx xxxxxxxx xřxxxxx x&xxxx;xxx&xxxxxx;xx xxxxxňxx&xxxxxx;x&xxxxxx; nařízení (XX) č.&xxxx;1272/2008, xxxěxx xx xxxxxx&xxxxxx; xxx&xxxxxx;xx&xxxxxx; xxx&xxxxxx;x &xxxxxx;čxxxx dříve xxž 1.&xxxx;čxxxxx&xxxx;2017.

Xxxxxxx&xxxxxx; xxxxxxřx xxx chemické x&xxxxxx;xxx (XXXX) xxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxx x&xxxx;čx&xxxxxx;xxxx&xxxx;37 nařízení (XX) č.&xxxx;1272/2008 xřxxxxžxxx návrhy xx xxx&xxxxxx;, xxxxxxxxxxxx&xxxxxx; xxxx xxx&xxxxxx;xx&xxxxxx; harmonizované xxxxxxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxčxx&xxxxxx; xěxxxx&xxxxxx;xx x&xxxxxx;xxx. Na základě xxxxxxxxxx k těmto návrhům, xxxx&xxxxxx; xxxxx Výbor xxx xxxxxxx&xxxxxx;x&xxxxxx; rizik (XXX) působící x&xxxx;x&xxxxxx;xxx Xxxxxxx&xxxxxx; agentury xxx xxxxxxx&xxxxxx; látky, jakož x&xxxx;xřxxxx&xxxxxx;xxx x&xxxxxx;čxxxxěx&xxxxxx;xx stran, xx vhodné zavést, xxxxxxxxxxxx čx xxx&xxxxxx;xx xxxxxxxxxxxx&xxxxxx; xxxxxxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxčxx&xxxxxx; xěxxxx&xxxxxx;xx x&xxxxxx;xxx.
