Vyhláška xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx č. 84/1978 Sb., xxxxxx xx vydávají základní xxxxxxxx dodávky xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xx xxxx a xxxxxxxx xxxxx:

1. V §1 xxxx. 3 se xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x), xxxxx zní:

"c) modernizace x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx (xxxxxxx).".

2. X §1 xxxx. 4 xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx: "ke xxxxxx xx xxx xxxxxxxxxx (nedovážejí) xxxxxxxx xxxx, xxxx těch,".

3. Xx §1 xx xxxxxx nový odstavec 5, xxxxx zní:

"(5) Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxx vyhlášky xxxxx x xxx modernizaci x přestavby xxxxxx (xxxxxxx).".

4. §2 zní:

"§2

Podmínky xxx xxxxxxxx stroje (xxxxxxx) do opravy x xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx po xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx technické xxxxx, xxxxxxxxx dohodnuté xxxxxxxxx x dodací xxxxxxxx (dále jen "xxxxxxxxx normy").".

5. V §4 odst. 1 xx xxxxxxxxxx slova: "xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx předpisů²⁾"; xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx pod xxxxx x. 2.
