x) x řízení xxxx senátem 600 Xxx, a xxx-xx xxxxxxx znalec, 1 000 Xxx.

§2

(1) Zrušuje xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx č. 51/1965 Sb., kterou xx xxxxxxx paušální xxxxxx xxxxxxx trestního xxxxxx.*)

(2) Xxxxxxxxxx §1 se xxxxxxxxxx na xxxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx 30. xxxxxx 1970.
