Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx, částečné xxxxxxxxx, za xxxxxxx xxx, vdovské a xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx od 1. xxxxx 1993 xx 31. prosince 1993 xx xx xxxxxxx §9 a 10 xxxxxx č. 46/1991 Xx., x xxxxxxxxx důchodů, zvyšují xxx dne přiznání x 22 % xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxx vznikl xxxxxx nárok xxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx 1) xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx zabezpečení 2) xx dni přiznání xxxxxxx.
§3
Zvýšení xxxxxxxxxx důchodů
(1) Xxxx xxxxxxxxxx důchodu xxxx podle §48a xxxxxx x sociálním xxxxxxxxxxx 1) xx 1. xxxxxx 1993&xxxx;750 Kčs xxxxxxx.
(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx vyplácené ke xxx 1. xxxxxx 1993 xx xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx 28. xxxxx 1993.
§4
Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx
(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxx náleží i xxx nejvyšší xxxxxx xxxxxxx nebo úhrnu xxxxxxx x nad xxxxxxxx xxxxxx stanovené xxx souběh xxxxxxx xxxx úhrnu důchodů x zvýšení xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx; xxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx včetně zvýšení xxxxxxx xxx bezmocnost xxxxx však po xxxxxxx podle xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx částku 4200 Kčs xxxxxxx.
(2) Pro xxxxxxx xxxxxxx podle §1 x 2 platí xxxxxxx ustanovení §2 xxxx. 4, §5 xxxx. 1 x 3, §6, 7 x 8 zákona x. 46/1991 Sb., x zvyšování důchodů.
(3) Vdovské x xxxxxxx důchody xx xxxxx §1 x 2 nezvyšují, xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx z xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx.
