§1
(1) Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx zřídí x xxxxx 1) xxx xxx účinnosti xxxx xxxxxxxx zvláštní (xxxx xxx "xxxxxx") xxxx pro účely xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx prostředků x vytváření xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx rekultivaci, xxxxxxxxx xxxx x xxxxxxx x asanaci xx xxxxxxxx jejího xxxxxxx (dále xxx "xxxxxxxx rezerva").
(2) Xxxxxxx x bankou x zřízení xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxx obsahovat x xxxxxxxxxx, xx xx jedná o xxxxxx účet xx xxxxxx §32 xxxxxx. Xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxx xxx jeho xxxxxxx xx možná xxx se souhlasem xxxxxxxxx úřadu příslušného xxxxx umístění xxxxxxx (§26 xxxx. 2 xxxxxx).
§2
(1) Xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx:

§3
(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx vytvářené xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx převádí xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxx zřízený xxxxx §1 xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx k xxxxxxxxxx dni xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.
(2) Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx x výši xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx současně x ohlašováním xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx páté xxxxxx.

(1) X rámci xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx stanoví x xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx rekultivačních xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx až xx xxxx 90 xxxxxxx rozpočtových nákladů xx provedení xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxx, xx xxxxxxxxxxx deset xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xx po xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx kolaudačního xxxxxxxxxx o xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx prací.
