1. §1 xxxx. 4 xxxx. d) zní:

"2. pokud je xxxx zakoupila u xx. organizací oprávněných x prodeji xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxx-xx xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxx xxx dne xxxxxxx a xx-xx xxxxxx nákup xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx je xxxx xxxxxxxxx při xxx xxxxx do Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx socialistické republiky x čs. xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx těchto xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx volně xxxxxxxxxx xxxx u xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxx je xxx xxxx xxxxx,".
