(1) Překročení xx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx limitů xxxxxx x stanovených dodávkových xxxxx¹⁾ (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx") xxxxxxx xxxxxxx olejů, xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx, automobilového xxxxxxx x xxxxx motorové x xxxxx (dále xxx "xxxxx xxxxxxx") x ústředních xxxxxx Xxxxx socialistické republiky x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x u xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxxxxx organizací xx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx. §3

Výpočet postihu x xxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx druhů xxxxxxx xxxxxxx vypočte xxxxxxxxxx x hlášení o xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx druhů xxxxxxx xxxxxxx,³⁾ které předloží xxxxxxxx správě xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx do xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx postihu (§4 xxxx. 1).

(2) Xxxxxx xx xxxxx den xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx svěřených xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx období xxxxxxxxxx prvním dnem xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xx xxx zaplacení xxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx.
