§1
(1) Xxxxxxx starobní, plné xxxxxxxxx, částečné xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx před 1. xxxxxx 1996 xx zvyšují xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx 30. listopadu 2000 xxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx důchodu xx zvyšuje x 9 % xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx, která xxxxxx xx xxx, xx něhož xx xxxxxxxxx výměra xxxxxxx.
(2) Xxxxxxx starobní, xxxx invalidní, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx x sirotčí xxxxxxxx xx 1. xxxxx 1996 xx 30. xxxxxxxxx 2000, s xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §4, se xxxxxxx od splátky xxxxxxx splatné po 30. xxxxxxxxx 2000 xxx, xx procentní xxxxxx důchodu se xxxxxxx x 5 % xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx, která xxxxxx xx xxx, xx xxxxx xx procentní xxxxxx xxxxxxx.
§2
Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx přiznávaných xx 1. prosince 2000 xx 31. xxxxxxxx 2000 xx xxxxxxx xxx dne xxxxxxxx o 5 %, a jde-li x xxxxxxx xxxxxxx x §4, x 9 % procentní xxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxx xx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, x xx xxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx §59 xxxxxx.
§3

§4
