1. X §13 xxxx. 1 xxxx xxxxx se xxxxx „xx“ xxxxxxxxx xxxxx „xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx jsou“ x xxxxx „symbol xxxxxxx“ se xxxxxxxxx xxxxx „vlajka umístěny“.

5. V §13 odst. 3 xxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx „šípovitosti“ xxxxxxx x xxxxx „xxxxxxx“ xx xxxxxxxxx slovem „xxxxxxx“.

10. X §13 xxxx. 10 xx xx xxxxx „xxxxxxxx“ vkládá xxxxx „xxxxxxxxx“ x za xxxxx „xxxxxxxxxx“ se xxxxxxxx xxxxx „se xxxxx xxxxxxx označují“.

11. X §13 xxxx. 10 xx xxxx xxxxx zrušuje.

12. X §13 xxxxxxxx 11 xxx:

„(11) Xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx vlajky xx xxxxxxx odstavce 3 xx 8 xxxxxxx.
