§1

§2

Xxxxxx listin

(1) Sbírka xxxxxx obsahuje xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxx x šíření xxxxxxxx²⁾ přiložené k xxxxxxx x xxxxx xx seznamu x xxxxxxxxx podle §3.

(2) Xx sbírky listin xx zakládá xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxx xxxxxxx do xxxxxxx jazyka x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, kdy xxxxxxx xx českého xxxxxx Ministerstvo školství, xxxxxxx a tělovýchovy xxxxxxxxxxxx.

§3

Xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx příjmů x xxxxxxxxx znalostí

(1) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx vykazuje xxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx a xxxxxx xxxxxx užití xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx na xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx v příloze x xxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxx příjmů x transferu znalostí x způsob xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx podle xxxxxxxx 1 xx předkládá Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx x tělovýchovy k xxxxxxxx do sbírky xxxxxx nejpozději do 30. června xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx.

Účinnost
