2. X §1 písm. x) se ve xxxx xxxxx xxxxx "xxxx 1. lednem 2009" xxxxxxx x x xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xx xx slova "xxxxx §4" vkládají xxxxx "xxx xxxx".

3. X §4 xx xxxxx "x xxxxxx xx 1. xxxxx 1993 do 31. xxxxxxxx 2008" nahrazují xxxxx "xx 31. xxxxxxxx 1992" x xx xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxx" xx vkládají slova "xxx xxxx".
