1. Xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx: "Xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx §107 odst. 2 xxxxxx č. 155/1995 Xx., x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xx xxxxx xxxxxx č. 108/2009 Xx. x xxxxxx x. 220/2011 Sb.:".

2. X §1 xxxx. x) xx ve xxxx první xxxxx "xxxx 1. xxxxxx 2009" xxxxxxx a x xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xx středníkem xx xx slova "xxxxx §4" vkládají xxxxx "xxx xxxx".

3. X §4 se xxxxx "x období xx 1. xxxxx 1993 do 31. xxxxxxxx 2008" nahrazují xxxxx "xx 31. xxxxxxxx 1992" a xx xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxx" xx vkládají slova "xxx xxxx".
